High Five to 'Give Me Five'

The introduction of the Give Me Five program has been a huge success in our partner schools. Give Me Five invites students with low attendance to make a commitment to attend school five more days than the previous term.

Cathy Freeman Foundation staff work one-on-one with students in class, building confidence and helping them set and reach goals for the future. The program builds on the Starting Block Program, which culminates in an end of term Awards ceremony, recognising and rewarding students for their academic achievement.
